We monitor our projects closely from Initiation and during all project phases. We keep track of lessons learnt to minimize risks in future similar projects. We focus on providing a healthy work environment where all our staff are trained to work with zero risk tolerance, starting from the tools we provide, temp. lighting panels, scaffold, and the safety gear which is strictly mandatory on-site. We have clear time schedules, communication plans and risk mitigation plans.
